Re: Using a webcam on the Openmoko
Hi, I'm trying to let the Logitech Quickcam Pro for Notebooks (046d:0991) work on the FreeRunner. The webcam works well on a PC (Fedora 4 2.6.17), using uvcvideo and luvcview. But what shoud I do to cross-compile the driver and the application? Could anyone tell me particularly? Thanks. Re: Using a webcam on the Openmoko
Bravo, :) really really cool job, It would be amazing to have something similar in a 2008.X based distro. If I got enough free time I will try to to make it work on FDOM but no promises. Using a webcam on the Openmoko
Hi community, I just wanted to let you know that I got a webcam to work on my Freerunner. I have written some instructions on the official wiki in both English and French: http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Webcam It could be made much easier already by enabling video input support by default in the official kernel builds. I'll file a bug for this next thing.
