When an alegation is make. The accuse person is INNOCENT UNTIL
I think it is quite chicken to direct replies to an anonymizing emailer. I
have, therefore overridden the reply-to set on the original message.

Hold on, are you saying that employees must have direct line of reporting
amongst themselves for suspension or warning of any kind to apply therefore an
employee from a different department can harrass another employee and not be
called out.
This is wrong, harrasmemt of any nature
