In some African culture, satan is used as an adjective to describe some 
behavior, in is some cases it even has positive meaning, but you need to be

I (or any of my friends as far as I am aware) had nothing to do with the 
publication of that message. As far as I can see everything in that article is 
based on the contents of this (public) mailing list. I don't think there is 
anybody to blame except the people who made the mess happen in the first 
place... 



I agree that the people who "made the mess happen" are to blame. But also those 
who are amplifying the situation (that is serious enough) by spreading the "bad 
news". It doesn't help the organization in any way. 

This community is strong enough to address the issue and get things that went 
wrong fixed.

Excuse me, but these accusations and insults are completely baseless and out of 
order. Don't blame the messenger when I point out bad press. It was not me who 
caused this. I wish Afrinic was not in such a bad state. I care about the whole 
RIR system and community. It only makes me sad to see how badly things are 
going, and I am ashamed to be in the same community with people like you with 
such a bad attitude who just insult and accuse.

Chairs: hereby I want to formally complain against these insults and ask that 
you step in and take action against this blatant violation of the code of 
conduct.

in this link and you post, beyond making the people down few hours before the 
PDP meeting which you claim it will be affected by such issue - I can't

its future, please be positive and help to mitigate the drawbacks. By the way,

Most member organizations will have problems and even the best individuals will 
have moments of weakness. AFRINIC is a technical organization with amazingly 
technical staff who do a very good job on a daily basis. 

We acknowledge we have some layer 9 problems thus the constiting of a 
governance board. 

Yes a number of us will point out weaknesses and generally we very rarely 
celebrate the good work as we take it as business as usual. 

I want to ask the doom sayers that the organization is not at risk. We point 
out problems to continue and sustain our growth. It’s the whole basis of bottom 
up that makes us wash our dirty laundry in public. 

AFRINIC is strong and will go through the current hard times and emerge a 
strong organization we have come too far. 

The community is closer together than ever before so rest assured we will 
continue building our organization.

Thank you for propagating the "bad news", Sander. It is interesting that
you "just noticed" this considering that certain community members have
been amplifying impending doom at AFRINIC all over social media for several
months now.

I do however look forward to all of us sincerely working together to
correct the situation. Where we observe problems, the ideal would be to try
resolving them with the parties concerned before screaming from the
rooftops.
