through the USB interface from Internet; sometimes is just segfaults :-(
I can't see if TangoGPS knows where I am;
how can I prove this if GSM is really working?

Shutting down gpsd: Terminated
I have renamed this script to /etc/init.d/gpsd.sh and now it works fine
and as well powers down the card writing 0 into the device file;

Is anybody aware of some 'magnifying glass' (in plastic perhaps) which
fits exactly in the rectangle of the touch screen of the FR and serves
to view better (bigger) for example if you use tangoGPS?

Yes, they do; but not exactly in the size of the FR's display; that's
why I was asking if there is (like the protection film) as well some
kind of producer for FR of this;
thx any way for your feedback; will ask my local optician to make me one
in the exact dimension;

If I'd enter the PIN three times wrong, the SIM would get locked (luckily
until today I did not hit the three); in a normal cellphone one would
use the PUK to unlock the SIM; how this would be possible with the FR in
Om2008.9? Thx
