That layout is for old input methods. For the current svg keyboard you will 
have to create the layout yourself - IIRC nobody did Russian layout yet. But 
it's quite simple - you will only need inkscape for that. You can read about

USSD should be working in qtmoko git now.

You can import and export contacts to vcf file - just place the file in 
/media/card/Documents and click on it in the document scanning app. I am 
regulary using this.

For now you can copy .so for docked keyboard and others from some older qtmoko 
tarbal. They are in /opt/qtmoko/plugins. I wanted to package the old input 
methods, but didnt have time yet...
