 Hello again,

as promised, here you can find my first release of aggregated survey
 results for all communities:
 http://open-innovation-projects.org/my-research#part2

And here are the results from the Openmoko community:
 http://open-innovation-projects.org/openmoko-survey-results/

The survey is also still open for participation ;-)

 Best regards
 Kerstin

Wow, thanks for this, interesting results!

Could someone make a verbal analysis of the results. What should we
learn from this?
Also please add the survey results to
http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Community_Updates/Draft_2009-10-28#Community

Thanks!

Some interesting results there.

Q2.3 : Contributions from the developer community are highly welcome to be
included in official releases.

You take a closer look, and remove the non completed entries, you can see
that A+SA give a fantastic reading of 90%. This is indeed good - people realise
that
their efforts actually make it to the final product.

Pity there is only one female there :)

 I'm
investigating the special meaning of openness and its importance for the

Your opinion as Openmoko community member is very important to me!
That's why I'm inviting you to fill out my survey. Answering the
questions
may take about 5-7 minutes. The individual responses will be kept
strictly
confidential, aggregated results will be published as soon as the survey
 is
 finished.
Your response will help advance my research on the nature of
hardware/software open source projects and help improve the quality of
 open
 source projects.
I can also provide some specific results about Openmoko, if you are
interested in details about your community.

 Please follow this link:

The survey is conducted on a per project basis. In case you receive my
request more than once, it's because you are involved in several
communities. It would be great if you would fill out the survey more than
once, for all projects which are relevant to you.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact
 me.
