Original Mammoth Harnishfeger Crane Assembly Factory Transforming Into Commercial Aquaculture System
Great photos at...http://www.milwaukeerenaissance.com/Main/HomePage Once the entire system is completed, eight "fish raceways" with a total of 110,000 gallons of water are expected to possibly yield 100,000 tilapia, lake perch, perhaps blue gill, in a year, with a possible market value of $500,000 gross. Permits for the project have been obtained. This past Saturday 450 ft. of 6 to 8 inches of concrete were sawn through to prepare for tomorrow's heavy machinery excavation for five approximately 13,000 gallon below ground fish raceways. The underground tanks will be lined with 45 mil EPDM(fish friendly non-roofing variety). The project will develop sequentially. The first 26,000 gallons are aiming for a March arrival. The first fish, tilapia, are hoped to arrive in April. It is quite possible that fish farming and aquatic plants in a Will Allen Greenhouse System is a 21st century industry of great significance. continued at... http://www.milwaukeerenaissance.com/SweetWaterFishFarming/HomePage http://www.milwaukeerenaissance.com/HomeFarmProjects/HomePage Contact godsil.ja...@gmail.com if you would like to brainstorm this project on-line or visit us this year.
