For me it shows itself when I do the following: (the 'Sloppy Focus' option of the scale plugin must be ON - perhaps this counts as a bug?) Yes, I just pushed out some updates to the scale plugin that should take care of this. thanks. Now I've got it. It's another little feature that enhances productivity. Originally I thought I could drag and drop while in scale mode (a more advanced concept).
