I'm using Quantal and found that this bug affects visual performance on my
videocard which is integrated NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE. Another words, the image
on the desktop freezes for a while. It is noticeable when I move windows or
watch video.
When I uncheck the framebuffer object option in CCSM

when I run unity --replace ccp I get the error:

Whow, that was an easy one. I disabled the setting as suggested, got rid
of the log message and it still works.

If the log message is a problem, you can disable that feature in CCSM
OpenGL Framebuffer object.
Disabling it will generally reduce graphics performance (assuming it's
working). If it's not working as the message suggests, then that's not
an issue.
