To reproduce:
- Reporting bug in compiz using apport-bug compiz
A dialog box pops up "Thanks for reporting this bug. It seems you have
Unity running." (see screenshot)
Unity desktop is not running or installed.
Expected: apport
I've also noticed that after disconnecting, if I drag windows to the
right, they go off the laptop screen and become inaccessible from the
screen.
So it seems it isn't properly detecting that the HDMI is disconnected
(from laptop)
This is an extremely annoying and astonishing usability issue.
This is actually an issue in the apport-package hook provided by compiz.
It contains the following:
