Due to the serious incident recently occurred in the Information
Technology Center of the UEC,
the UEC Computer Go Web Page is now closed. The incident is not fixed
yet, so it may take time for us to open the web page again.
Do not be surprised if we cannot open it before the end
The downside to training the moves of the winner is that you "throw away" half
of the data. But that isn't so bad, because you can always get as much data as
you need.
The upside is that losing positions do not necessarily have a training signal.
