This happens in 1.4.9 too. The game result is written relative to the original colors in the SGF and .dat files; but the plays and player names and versions are switched in the SGF. Test results should be fine as long and you don't go over every file checking the last play to tell who won. Gonçal

Hi, I just think I found a bug in twogtp 1.4.8 (windows), using the -alternate flag and two programs that always resign if losing. Basically the winner is wrong in the SGF files, and also in the logs. The bug seems to happen only for odd games. It is easy to see because when a program resigns
