Maybe this is the strongest 9x9 program as far as I know. It plays Tengen(5,5) well. http://www.yss-aya.com/cgos/viewer.cgi?9x9/SGF/2018/09/01/581667.sgf I have thought Tengen was not good move anymore, but it may be wrong. 9x9 is still diffcult game.
