I received a few emails from the list in August (from yourself and Martin
Mueller), so it seems to be working somehow, but very badly. The mail
server is badly configured, and may be considered as a spammer by many
systems.
For a while, I had a phpbb forum there:

Indeed, I think a lot of aspects of the mailing list software have
been broken for a while - I registered with a new e-mail address (not
this one) about a month ago, successfully received the confirmation
email, and then never got another delivery again.
