problem with it in +/- 3 years. So, I guessed you could call it
factory formatted. Not sure that answers your question

an email message, browsing in thumbnail mode.
To get an accurate answer we need more info.

Good afternoon,
I use an external hard drive (M:) to have my files on which ever PC I
work. Since Monday, the computer on my desk at work does not show
the names of the files / directories in the root of M: in Thumbnail
display mode. In other modes or on other computers everything is
normal.
