Some of the really good writing in T'wood gets thrown away
maybe because C.J. is as authorative as the Doctor (e.g. his
explanation of Torchwood's 1,2 4)
I read that T'wood was in part inspired by the success of Buffy/Angel
but particularly the latter. I can definitely see that but
