There is only one product ID in the package. Presumably MS has some plan in place to deal with a fourth computer showing up online with the same PID. But I have no clue what it might be. Given how often I've had to reinstall in the past, I could easily hit 4 installs in a month on the *same*

Okay, I got my Family Pack (2 DVDs, 32 bit and 64 bit, one Product ID). Went to install it on a new hard drive and setup reached the point of asking me for the Product ID. I typed it. In a flyout I got: The product key is not valid Please retype the product key. It seemed to already have locked

I've read in several places that all the upgrade discs contain the full version and that no proof of earlier versions of windows on the HD or other media is needed. Between this and the 50 dollar windows copies you could get at amazon earlier this year, that makes this a good deal for some of
