What you forget is Tom may only measure by the yard, but he has so many yard sticks he throws out that by sheer volume Tom would be deleted on the server and never reach the inbox.
At least Jeff will answer direct questions, I'm still waiting for Tom to explain his going after MS for the Toshiba bug in their player, but not Toshiba for the bug in theirs.
