Betty, I have OS 3.1 on my iPod, and it won't play the newest videos (the top 3) either. My friend can't play them on his iPhone with 3.1 either. Time to loudly embarrass Apple for making their site incompatible with their hardware.

Actually I think it is in the install. I believe that there might be some bad video drivers on it. What seems to be happening is that the system is going into sleep mode and turning the video off and cannot turn it back on. Usually this is caused by bad or not current video drivers. One
