Re: [CGUYS] Saving Web pages in Firefox my os
Saving web pages in Firefox is exactly what the Scrapbook Add-on does. I usually print to PDF because the resulting file is more reliable. Sometimes I use the ScreenGrab (screengrab.org) plugin to save it as a JPEG or PNG. * ** List info, subscription management, list rules, archives, privacy ** ** policy, calmness, a member map, and more at http://www.cguys.org/ ** *

I use XP. The idea is to save it to the hard drive. Would you suggest save as a pdf and save to the HD? If I remember correctly Firefox 2.0 had significant security problems towards the end. Saving web pages in Firefox is exactly what the Scrapbook Add-on does. My wife uses it a lot. You can invoke a sidebar with th saved pages to review. They are saved in a folder and can be exported when changing machines. Check it out. Richard P. wrote: I use XP also, but Firefox is 3.0.10. I can FILE SAVE PAGE AS and it works fine. Richard P.
