That looks like Morse code. Is it an electronic tone? Are there pauses
in it (to determine the exact letters)? Do you live close to a aircraft
navigation beacon (usually or some other radio signal tower?

Probably QRM from a passing vehicle. Check your grounds.

Thank God I was there when I was an adult No one ever did that to
me, but then again I do not think getting one over on the Pastor was
