Like many online software sources these days, Gamehouse games don't
really need to be backed up. You can always just re-download them.

Not really, as all of her games were gotton by downloading the free game 
of the day. This means that as long as you are willing
to put up with a few ads while playing you can play these games forever, 
but you onlyhave that one day to download.

Also I plan on using an external harddrive as the backup medium.

Seems like an ideal situation for burning files to a CD.
