It might work, it might not. I've seen PCs that were *very* picky about
what RAM they would run and others not fussy at all.
That's why I stick with vendors that match the memory to the machine, like
Crucial. The guesswork is eliminated.

You should be fine buying Kingston PC2-5300 memory. It is a good idea to
have both from the same manufacturer, of the same type.
I would go ahead and buy from newegg - they are very reputable.
