A friend needs recommendations for a simple photo editing software, preferably off-line. The most that he does is organize, re-size and group photos so that several will fit on a single sheet when printed. Storage on his computer is a must, but on-line sharing in addition would be OK. I have been using IrfanView for many years, and it certainly does what your friend is looking for.
