The hardware looks very nice, even the front screen of the device looks

I was not looking at the case I was looking at the screen. How the icons
for the different applications present themselves. I think that is a
function of MS's OS, not the hardware manufactuer's choice.

I have a feeling looking at it that it is using a shell program to do
the icons on the screen, and that is not usually part of mobile
windows but a third party.
