Qualcomm the original owners of Eudora quit developing it. They handed it over to the folks at Firefox/Thunderbird for them to develop it as open source. So any version that comes out after 7.1.0.9 will be free but developed over/under the Thunderbird engine. Stewart At 04:18 PM
