We would like to share experiences designing recirculating water systems for
working historic fountains made from metals such as brass or lead. We are
redesigning the recirculating systems on our indoor fountains to deal with
issues that arose when the city water supply changed. If your institution has
installed working historic fountains, we would appreciate hearing from you
about your solutions to design of the pumping system and the chemistry of the
water. Thanks in advance! Barbara Berrie,
