INCCA-Asia Pacific was established in 2014 as a regional group of the
International Network for the Conservation of Contemporary Art
(incca.org<http://incca.org/>). INCCA-AP is now calling for nominations for its
steering committee. As a regional group, INCCA-Asia Pacific aims to encourage
input into INCCA projects and to become a source of information for artists,
conservators, curators, archivists, collectors, educators and other
contemporary art practice related professionals in the Asia Pacific region.

The role of the INCCA-AP steering committee is to develop projects which build
relationships and promote awareness of the conservation of contemporary art.
This may involve investigating issues relevant to group members such as
conservation awareness, regional conservation services and skill sets,
education and training opportunities, climate and sustainability, specialised
material and cultures of conservation, language requirements and availability
of materials for creative and conservation practice. INCCA-AP projects may be
digital - through the INCCA website - or physical in the form of meetings and
conferences.

To nominate for the INCCA-AP steering committee, you must be a current member
of INCCA (incca.org<http://incca.org/>). If you are an INCCA member, please
forward a short description of your interest plus your curriculum vitae to
incca...@gmail.com<mailto:incca...@gmail.com> by 14 September
2019<x-apple-data-detectors://3>. We welcome all nominations, and do not
hesitate to email for more information! The outcome of the Steering Committee
positions will be advised by 30 September 2019<x-apple-data-detectors://4>. All
participation on the INCCA-AP steering committee is volunteer (unpaid) and is
recommended for a period of up to 5 years.

Kind regards,
INCCA-AP
