The 'Project Groups' page automatically refreshes itself every so often. Unfortunately, this now causes errors when existing actions forward to that page rather than redirect to it.
One such problem (after performing a release) was reported and fixed in CONTINUUM-1560 [1]. But it also happens when adding a project group. There are probably more places this needs to be fixed.
