Wasn't clear. I can add a note on the wiki

Any idea about not being able to save the path to 'convert' ?

That's expected. The plugin directory itself is writable, so you can install or
update your own plugins. But plugins provided by dokuwiki-plugins rpm are
considered system files, and as such, cannot be updated. I need to update both
dokuwiki and dokuwiki-plugins packages

Trying to update extensions I see this in the panel

'Extension directory is not writable'

Not sure what should be changed here ?
