PSI's openpgp support dosen't work with gnupg-1.2.3 because gnupg has changed
the way it shows the keyrings with --with-colons option.
I sent a patch to solve the problem and it just need

yes, long time has psi no updates, then i maintain psi
i can apply this patch, and i started work about this now..
My package is ready, but if you want to be the maintener, I let you
upload it.
(don't forget to fix BuilRequires, use qt3-devel instead of
libqt3-devel)
