Something in initscripts-7.06-13mdk breaks the pcmcia stuff on my
system: inserting a (xircom network) card no longer initializes it. It
seems that /etc/hotplug/pci.agent is no longer called after inserting
the card / after starting pcmcia, which happens with
initscripts-7.06-12mdk.
