Sharon, I haven't used my grill in awhile, and cannot find the layout of the buttons. I wrote them down, but darn if I recall where I put them. Anyway, the Opti-Grill will beep when ready, and it will beep when your selection is done. Thanks for letting us know where we can get the manual.

I received mine today (yes, on Sunday thanks to Amazon). It seems to be about the size of a medium sized toaster oven. You can read the instruction manual at Qvc.com All you need to do is do a search for T-Fal Opti Grill. There is only one item that will appear. Press enter on the item number
