Tater Tot Bake 3/4 to 1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped Salt and pepper to taste 1 package (16 ounces) frozen tater tot potatoes 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 2/3 cup milk or water 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese In a skillet, cook beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender; drain. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart baking dish. Top with potatoes. Combine soup and milk; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
