A good go to recipe is pork roast. I put all kinds of seasonings on the roast. Then I pour a soda in the crockpot. This is supposed to soft the pork. When it is done about 7 to 8 hours it will chop real easy and you can put some barbecue saue in it to mix and perhaps[s a bit of maple syrup
