That popper with the rotating rod is the one I have. It works really great,
and it melts and distributes the butter onto the popped corn so the flavored
powder will stick.

yes, jiffy pop corn is still around. I am not sure if walmart sells it or
not, but one of our local grocery store does still sell jiffy popcorn. it is
still in the little round pan that you can put on stove
Great idea too. Never tried it with olive oil and roasted garlic. (yum)
