Dinner Onion Muffins 1 3/4 cups buttermilk biscuit mix
2 tablespoons cornmeal, white or yellow 1/4 cup onion, finely minced 1/4 teaspoon sage 1/4 teaspoon celery salt 1 egg 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted Combine all ingredients; mix just enough to combine (batter will be lumpy). Spoon into well-greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, or until done and golden brown. Serve piping hot. Makes 8 muffins.
