Fresh Raspberry Butter

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract

1 cup fresh raspberries, mashed

Combine all ingredients except berries; blend well. Gently fold in
raspberries. Cover and refrigerate several hours, or overnight. Keep
refrigerated for up to 1 week.

Makes 2 cups.
