Low Carb Crock Pot Creamy Tomato Soup
I plan to make this later this week. For the low-carb sauce I'm using
Rao's. It's the lowest carb I can find and it tastes decent.
Ingredients
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 3 cups marinara sauce (if eating low carb, choose lowest carb sauce
you can find)
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic (optional)
• 1.25 cups heavy cream
• Parmesan crisps (optional)
Instructions
1. Place marinara sauce, garlic and chicken broth in a 6 quart slow
cooker and stir until blended.
2. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 3-4 hours.
3. Stir in cream and serve with parm crisps.
