Hi everyone,Years ago I got a recipe from my best friend. We called it goulash but maybe that isn't correct. It was ground beef, macaroni, cheese, and some other things. I can't remember the amounts or some of the ingredients. If anyone has a tried and true similar recipe, please post it.
