Hi, We're using coot 0.5 for Mac OS X 10.4 (intel) and it seems like coot is unable to download files (pdb etc) because of our fire wall. Even though the variables http_proxy and ftp_proxy are set in the terminal environment, coot doesn't make use of them and gets stuck at the firewall. How
