Middle of July? Ancient history. I think I've fixed it. At least, I can't reproduce it now. "Colour by Chain" now implies "bond by dictionary," FWIW.



I also see some strange connection behavior in colour by chain mode, such as a bond drawn between O3 and C1 of adjacent NAGs; a screenshot is attached.


Curious orange bonds - suggests a phosphorus atom, but that can't be right. Looks like a bug in CHO linkage. I will investigate.
