Hi Kip, difficult to tell where the tests fail without further information. Most likely one or the other test fails because you dont have the required files (coordinates, etc), which are not distributed. This is nothing for you to worry about, but for us (if it fails for us - currently doesnt

Hi All, I am trying to build revision 4630 (on Fedora 17 64-bit) from sources using the autobuild script -- coot building seems to pass (and the binary seems to run perfectly fine on my machine) but the logs show that it is failing the first test. I am running Fedora 17 64-bit Any and all advice
