To follow up this problem. No user-defined keybindings work with either Paul's keybinding or Bernhard's keybindings. The standard key bindings worked fine. However, if I hit ^g (keyboard-go-to-residue), many standard keybindings didn't work anymore. I have switched from the COOT I compiled

Dear Jianghai, are other keybindings working? I have recognised some time ago that the different forms of brackets (depending on keyboard layout etc) are not working as expected. Never got round fixing it though. Maybe I should move it up the list. For now I recommend you to use another

Hi, I am using COOT 0.7-pre-1 (revision 3632) under OS X 10.7.2. COOT was compiled using fink. I have Paul's key binding set in my .coot file. All the key bindings were correctly loaded into COOT since I can see all user-defined key bindings in Extension - Settings... - Key Bindings...
