Hi Coot users- In one of Paul’s demo videos (https://youtu.be/OTygXRLKb68) he uses Ctrl-Shift-scroll to advance through molecule representations (color by molecule, C-a trace, etc). This seems extremely useful to me, and it works when I try it on a Linux machine, but not on my Mac. It also

Hi All: I have a structure that has a lot of D-amino acids. When I open the mtz and pdb it shows me C-beta outlier warning (Molprobity Warnig). I have also downloaded D-amino acids peptides and corresponding mtz files from the PDB and got similar warnings. Can you please guide me how to get rid

Sorry Paul for not putting it more clearly. After running Refmac5 from CCP4i2, I open the mtz file and pdb in COOT. There I get a warning message (Picture attached). I can get this off if I turn off the run Molprobity option in CCP4i2. I was just wondering if I can get any clue to handle this

Ursula, I have the same problem when running Coot for Mac (0.9.6 from CCP4, XQuartz 2.8.1) on MacBook Pro (macOS 10.14.6) with an external monitor. I think this problem only occurs when you also have your laptop open. The Coot display window is not visible. I know the model window is
