Hello,
Just a quick question, is there an easy way to toggle off and on the lines
showing the end and start of a chain were there are missing residues? I have
one initial structure that has a bunch of fragments and the lines go all over
the place making any possible analysis next to

Hi Coot users-
In one of Paul’s demo videos (https://youtu.be/OTygXRLKb68) he uses
Ctrl-Shift-scroll to advance through molecule representations (color by
molecule, C-a trace, etc). This seems extremely useful to me, and it works when

Hi All:
I have a structure that has a lot of D-amino acids. When I open the mtz and
pdb it shows me C-beta outlier warning (Molprobity Warnig). I have also
downloaded D-amino acids peptides and corresponding mtz files from the PDB
and got similar warnings.
Can you please guide me how to get rid

Ursula,
I have the same problem when running Coot for Mac (0.9.6 from CCP4, XQuartz
2.8.1) on MacBook Pro (macOS 10.14.6) with an external monitor. I think this
problem only occurs when you also have your laptop open. The Coot display
window is not visible. I know the model window is
