I'm trying to install coot on my mac Big Sur 11.5.2. However, this page is
where the navigation took me
to:http://scottlab.ucsc.edu/xtal/wiki/index.php/Coot_on_10.15_and_11.X, and it
says that the GUI is non-responsive for Big Sur.
I'm wondering if there's an updated version of coot
I don’t know of a standalone coot that is working on OS X, but it’s included
with both ccpem or of ccp4, so you can install one of those. For ccpem, at
least, you should install the latest nightly (not the stable release)

Dear all,
If I FLEV a ligand to get a 2D map of the interactions, I get marvellous
pictures for a small molecule ligand. However if I want to do that for a
short peptide or glycan, it seems I am limited to only one residue at a
time. Is there a way to select more than one residue and get a 2D
