My computer system is macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and the version of COOT is 0.8.9.2 downloaded from this website: http://scottlab.ucsc.edu/xtal/wiki/index.php/Stand-Alone_Coot#Latest_.22Stable.22_Build_OS_X_installer_package_for_10.6_and_above I've tried the option 1: Calculate -> Scripting ->
