Sadly, this DCL X4 is some local crappy "brand" without a proper place for downloading the BIOS files. So, you could either contact DCL directly (while this company still exists) and ask them for a BIOS image. Or find someone else with the same laptop and ask them to dump their BIOS. Searching by the BIOS version (NX300KSZ.05), I've found at least one person - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1877009 , could contact them directly at launchpad and ask for help. Could you at least tell us, what's the hardware model of your laptop? You may be able to extract a good BIOS image from the "BIOS image" utility provided by the manufacturer of your laptop. I.e. in my case, I opened a winflash exe with 7zip, found many files including a large binary file, opened it in a hex editor and found the right offset from where to start cutting a BIOS image.
