Title: IAM Sr. Business Analyst Location: New Haven, CT Responsibilities: As an IAM Sr. Business/Technical Analyst (BA), the incumbent in this role will have responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, verify, and facilitate testing of business process solutions and requirements for the IAM domain. This person will be involved throughout the solution development life cycle focusing especially on elicitation, documentation, and communication of business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and testing. Principle Responsibilities: 1. Create Requirements, Design, Use Cases and Specifications for IAM technical solutions and process designs. 2. Create and Maintain Operational Documentation for IAM Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Management. 3. Create and Maintain IAM Service documentation. Desired Skills / Experience: . Proficient in all aspects of business requirements gathering and business solutions design . Deep domain understanding of business processes, data flows, and best practices relating to one or more administrative functions applicable in a research university setting (e.g. HR, Finance, Research, IT, Facilities, Admissions, etc.) . IAM (Identity and Access Management) direct analysis experience . Strong personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines . Executive Level interpersonal relationship building, collaboration and facilitation skills .
