They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all tasks. * o Work with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies o Establish and foster stakeholder relationships and manage client expectations o Lead the assessment of client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, and documenting changes) to prioritize immediate business needs o Lead the development and communication of business requirements and functional specifications for the design and implementation of business solutions o Provide recommendations for business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology o Articulate and confirm understanding of business requirements to IT o Plan and facilitate requirements workshops o Develop use cases, user stories, and other artifacts o Investigate problems and develop recommendations for resolution o Establish measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with business goals o Ensure requirements meet client needs while remaining within the defined project scope o Develop test cases for User Acceptance Testing o Maintain documentation on system functionality o Develop requirements that meet web accessibility guidelines WCAG (AA) or section 508 federal requirements o Complete other duties as assigned *REQUIREMENTS: * o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field o 3-4 years of technical and business analysis experience o Understanding of best practices in web design and UX/UI with an emphasis on ADA o High level of business acumen coupled with technical knowledge o Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment o In-depth knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes o Ability to foster relationships across different business units as well as with clients o Proven ability to successfully manage complex project deliverables o Experience with translating business requirements into workable ADA complaint business solutions o Experience working within a defined SDLC *PREFERRED SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES: * o Experience with project management tools, enterprise-level content management systems, software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ADA accessibility tools o Familiarity with at least one of accessibility validation techniques using tools such as Accessibility Management Platform, AXE Chrome Plugin, FireEyes, Total Validator, WorldSpace o Ability to conduct accessibility testing against the WCAG 2.0 (AA) Success Criteria and the updated Section 508 federal requirements using the following methodologies: visual analysis; screen reader reviews; color sampling; keyboard only; gesture only; and code reviews o Experience utilizing *Adobe Experience Manager* *TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: * Approximately 20%.
